The situation in North East Delhi is dismal and delicate. The damage is larger than we know; there are homeless, hungry children and families huddled in safe houses. There is no electricity. Most can’t even charge phones. Children have gone without milk for 3 days. The following items are required URGENTLY and IMMEDIATELY by riot affected victims of ALL COMMUNITIES. Your political affiliations do not matter. Our city is under attack and we need to stand up and be counted.

Let's write to Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to convey our opposition to CAB, NRC and NPR. 

Let's write to Uddhav Thackeray, CM, Maharashtra, to request him to officially stay the updation of the NPR and to announce that CAA and NRC will not be implemented in Maharashtra. The NPR is the first step for creating a nation-wide NRC. Halting the NPR, which requires the state govt's machinery, in the states which are ruled by non-BJP parties, is the best way of stopping the nationwide NRC. The govts of West Bengal and Kerala have put a stay on updating the NPR. We need Maharashtra, which is ruled by the Maha Vikas Aghadi, to do the same.
